MAS stamp their class in Mercantile Volleyball Tournament

MAS Holdings put on a stellar show to lay their hands on four championship titles in multiple categories at the recently concluded Mercantile Volleyball Tournament held at the Sir Albert F. Peiris Sports Complex, Wennappuwa.

The 2-day tourney saw some of Sri Lanka’s best players in action with plenty of promise shown for the future of the national sport.
The MAS Women’s squad were a class apart as they proved their dominance by securing the Ist place titles in the Masters, Championship and the Super League categories. Meanwhile the Men’s A-Division title was safely secured by MAS as well.
In the finals MAS Casualline beat Maliban 25-09 and 25-14 to clinch a 2-0 clean sweep.
