'Toothache' caused neighbour to lose 10-year parking row

But bid to fight the case again is refused

A MAN has lost a 10-year £160,000 legal battle over parking spaces - after complaining he could not defend himself properly at court due to toothache.

Ivan Soares and neighbour Manish Kothari have been feuding for a decade over a "few feet" of space in their West London cul-de-sac.

The "toxic" row focused on three car parking spaces outside the two family homes in Harefield, near Uxbridge, leading to both sides suing each other.
