Time to bite the dust

MAY is peak hay fever time for most sufferers, with many only venturing outside dosed up on antihistamine and hiding behind dark glasses, so it’s even more miserable to endure itchy eyes and sneezing at home.

One way to ease the problem is to make your bedroom as pollen and dust-free as possible by deep cleaning but also keeping pets off your bed and preferably out of the room.
