"Thousands dying in NHS due to high turnover of medics

THOUSANDS of patients are dying every year due to the high turnover of NHS staff.
The loss of doctors and nurses can mean worse outcomes while relying on agency staff can lead to a lack of continuity of care, a report said. These are thought to have led to more than 4,000 deaths each year.
Researchers analysed data for 236,000 nurses, 41,800 senior doctors and 8.1 million patients admitted to 148 NHS acute hospital trusts in England.
