The Essex couple building their third school in Africa

A HUSBAND-and-wife team are embarking on a new mission by raising £100,000 to build another school for disadvantaged children in The Gambia.

Julie Maio with husband Luigi has already helped to fund and construct two schools in the West African country.

Now Julie, 65, hopes to raise a further £100,000 to build a third school to give children the opportunity to continue their education past the age of 12.
