Fit-again Mo ready to burn again after his 'strange' injury lay-off

- Chris McKenna

SALAH SO FIRED UP 21

JURGEN KLOPP has warned Liverpool's Premier League title rivals that Mo Salah is "on fire" ahead of his return from injury.

Salah, 31, has not played for the Reds since he scored a brace in a 4-2 win against Newcastle on New Year's Day.

The Kop favourite flew out to Ivory Coast for the Africa Cup of Nations but suffered a hamstring injury playing for Egypt.

That has kept him but he sidelined since returned to full training this week and is ready for the lunchtime kick-off against Brentford today, at a ground where they lost 3-1 last season.

That is a huge boost for the Reds as they look to extend their lead at the top with Manchester City and Arsenal in hot pursuit.
