Russo urges Lionesses to produce best to avoid exit

ALESSIA RUSSO insists England will show their true colours with their Euro 2025 campaign on the line in Zurich tonight.

The Lionesses head into tonight's Group D clash with the Netherlands knowing defeat will likely bring their title defence to a premature end.

Sarina Wiegman's team are on the back foot after they crashed to a 2-1 defeat by France in their opening encounter but Russo insists fear of failure will not be a factor.

The England striker said: "We want everyone to be as free as possible out on the pitch and going forward.

"It's a big part of what we are as a team. We have players who can create something out of nothing, and making sure everyone is in a good head space is important.
