Put phone to bed early or suffer rotten night's sleep

ADULTS who look at mobile phones or tablets right before bed are less likely to get a good night's rest, according to a study.

Scientists found last-minute scrollers suffered poorer quality sleep – and less of it.

Some 41% of 122,000 people said they look at digital screens before bed – other than TVs – and were 33% more likely to have a bad night.
