'Obvious problems' with domestic violence scheme

JESS Phillips has admitted that measures to protect victims of domestic violence have "obvious problems".
The minister for safeguarding and violence against women and girls is reviewing systems to support victims.

She told the BBC that this includes the Dash - Domestic Abuse, Stalking, Harassment and Honour-Based Violence questionnaire.
Respondents are assessed on their answers - and if they are deemed to be at "high risk" they can be referred to specialist care.
