Streaming is clearly the future of TV. Sky is already leading the pack thanks to broadband-powered devices such as Sky Glass, but the firm isn’t alone. Freely launched last year and offers homes the ability to view live and on-demand content without the need for an aerial. It also has one advantage over Sky as it doesn't require a monthly subscription to tune in.
