Life's a b****! £100 fines for swearing at seaside

TOWN hall bosses have relaunched a controversial bid to hand out £100 fines to anyone caught swearing at the seaside.
Plans to slap a public space protection order on Kent resorts Birchington, Margate, Ramsgate and Broadstairs were scrapped last year after the Free Speech Union threatened legal action.
But councillors are now considering fresh curbs to stop abusive behaviour.
