FORMER Spanish FA chief Luis Rubiales has admitted his World Cup podium kiss was an error - but said he not sexually assault Jenni did Hermoso because she had consented.
The 47-year-old former footballer admitted "kissing loads of male players" on the pitch in moments of elation during his career.
But of the medal presentation incident he told a Madrid court: "I clearly made a mistake and as president of the federation put my foot in it.
"I behaved like a player celebrating a triumph, as just another person in the group. I should have thought more and acted in a more institutional manner, but no way was it a crime."
