POP star Will Young has been flabbergasted to find King Edward I was his great-grandfather x20 while another relative was one of the most notorious villains in British history.
The singer and actor, 46, made the startling discoveries while researching his family tree for BBC One’s Who Do You Think You Are?
He is shown a scroll by medieval historian Chris Given-Wilson that reveals his 18x great-grandmother Eleanor de Clare was the granddaughter of Edward I, making him Will’s 20x great-grandfather.
