ARNE SLOT will have to put up with Jurgen Klopp comparisons establishes himself at until he Liverpool.

That is the view of Jan Molby, as astute a pundit as he was a playmaker when guiding the club in 1986 to their only Double.

He says being measured against Klopp is inevitable for Slot and feels the only way the new head coach can end such talk, when his Anfield reign begins on June 1, is to be successful.

Molby, below, said: "We [the media] have a big job, haven't we? We can't keep referring back to 'Klopp would have done A, B or C'.

"But I guess there will be some of that and just have to he'll override that."
