'Dancing with someone new is tiring mentally'

GORKA Marquez might not be a regular on Strictly Come Dancing this year but the professional dancer has clearly been staying in shape.

The 35-year-old has not been partnered with a celebrity on the BBC One show this series as it clashes with his judging role on Bailando con las Estrellas, Strictly’s equivalent in his native Spain.

But he has opened up about the physical and mental discipline behind being a professional dancer in the December issue of Men’s Health.
