Cancer boy half-way to 'impossible' trip

A FOUR-year-old boy's family are half-way to their "impossible task" of raising £300,000 so he can fly to the US for a cancer vaccine

Teddy Lichten was diagnosed with "high-risk neuroblastoma" last year and given a 40 per cent chance of reaching his eighth birthday leaving his parents feeling "as if their world was imploding".

Once his NHS treatment finishes by the end of this year, his parents plan to take him to New York for an experimental jab that aims to cut the chance of his cancer returning.
