The England attacker is living proof of how reaching the top is one thing, but remaining there is another altogether.

In just his second season with Manchester City, Grealish was part of a team that created football history.

And in helping City win the Treble, he justified the club’s £100million outlay on him in 2021, which made him the most expensive footballer in Britain at the time.

Few players partied harder on the plane back from Istanbul following City’s 1-0 win against Inter Milan in the 2023 Champions League final.

The celebrations, as the video footage testifies, went on for days.

Grealish appeared at the open-top bus parade resembling someone who had spent 48 hours trapped in a round of drinks with Ian Botham and Freddie Flintoff.

One infamous image showed the winger downing vodka straight from the bottle, with Kalvin Phillips pouring and Kyle Walker egging him on.
