Barca get Real lift but Flick wary of Inter’s old guard

HANSI FLICK wants Barcelona to use the “positive vibes” of their Copa del Rey triumph to deny Inter Milan’s ageing stars a Champions League swansong.

Barca produced a late comeback to beat rivals Real Madrid 3-2 in extra-time on Saturday and claim the first leg of a potential Treble.

But Flick, below, warned his players ahead of tonight's semi-final first leg that Inter’s old guard are in the last chance saloon for European glory and desperate to go all the way.

The Barca manager said: “Everyone is focused on this match, everyone knows how important it is to be able to go to the Champions League final.

“This win against Real is very important for the positive vibes.
