Arteta hints at Viktor deal as he targets more business

ONE day after Gabriel Magalhaes purred over the new-look Arsenal, head coach Mikel Arteta made one thing clear - there is more to come.

The summer signings of Noni Madueke from Chelsea and Real Sociedad's Martin Zubimendi for £52 million and £51m respectively, not to mention Christian Norgaard from Brentford, have added some creative flair and depth to the Gunners squad.

And although Arteta continued to play his cards close to his chest over the possibility of adding Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres, even that might not be the end of the spending spree.

There is a chance that Gyokeres will be added in time to join up with the squad at their training camp in Singapore this week.

When quizzed, Arteta remained cautious but left room for the deal to progress in Arsenal's favour.
