'His Glas is always full of genuine hope'

CRYSTAL Palace chairman Steve Parish feels manager Oliver Glasner has significantly altered the ethos of the club, writes Rachel Steinberg.
Glasner, who succeeded Roy Hodgson last February, has now led Palace to their third FA Cup final, and would be their first boss to secure major silverware with a victory over Manchester City on May 17.
The Austrian steered Eintracht Frankfurt to Europa League glory in 2022, and is now poised to lead Palace to a £2million prize payout and a first European football campaign next season.
"We're not getting carried away," said Parish, after Palace beat Aston Villa 3-0 in Saturday's semi-final.
"(We're not going to say) we're going to Europe. We want to try to win the cup.
"It's going to be tough, and yes, Oliver is such an important part of it.
"Some people say positive things but they don't live it. Oliver lives those things. What he articulates is genuine, and he's made all of us think differently.
