Residents ready to move in to housing development site
Crewe Chronicle
|September 03, 2025
A housing development in Nantwich is now completely sold out, with the final residents soon to move in.
-
David Wilson Homes’ Kingsbourne development featured a wide variety of properties and available schemes and offers by the housebuilder.
It is now home to a thriving 257-home community, including existing Nantwich residents who took full advantage of the First Homes scheme.
During the construction process, the five-star housebuilder has supported a range of local community initiatives and invested in Nantwich's growing neighbourhood.
Recently, the housebuilder donated to the Nantwich Buddies, a community organisation that helps reduce isolation and offers befriending services in the community.
