Heat pump proposals at farmhouse

APPROVAL was sought for two heat pumps at a countryside farmhouse near Sandbach.
The householder application was made by Daniel Baines at Moston House Farm, Oakwood Lane, Moston.
Mr Baines told planning officers at Cheshire East Council he was seeking permission for the installation of the heat pumps at the rear of the property.
The traditional farmhouse was situated within the open countryside and the Wimboldsley landscape character area according to areport.
There were no objections from Heritage and Design and Nature Conservation officers at Cheshire East or from Environmental Protection.
