REASEHEATH College in Nantwich is giving students a head start in two of the UK’s most important sectors - horticulture and food science - with the launch of a ground breaking T Level Incentive Scheme.

- BY GEMMA SPROSTON

Starting in September 2025, students enrolling at the Nantwich-based college on these high-priority T Levels will receive a performance-based bursary of up to £150 per term.

That's up to £450 per year, rewarding students for excellent attendance, meeting academic targets and demonstrating commitment to their studies.

In addition to the bursary, learners will benefit from a wide range of free resources and career-boosting support.

This includes a laptop loan scheme, worth £500, providing students with the essential technology they need for the duration of their course.

Students will also receive essential learning resources - including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety boots, and high-visibility clothing (where applicable), lab coats, and scientific calculators for those on the Food Science pathway.

The college will cover all costs, which can add up to an estimated £80 per student.

Students will have access to exclusive industry masterclasses, employer-led projects, and mentorship from professionals in the sector.
