Andrew shares industry insights with students

ANDREW Joseph Manion, a highly experienced hairstylist and entrepreneur, has become a valued member of the Hairdressing and Barbering team at Cheshire College - South and West.

His journey - from salon owner to award finalist - has shaped him into an inspiring mentor who continues to share his passion and industry insights with students.

Earlier this year, Andrew's talent was recognised on a national level when he was named a finalist at the 2025 UK Hair and Beauty Awards.

This incredible achievement placed him among the top hair professionals in the country.

‘Andrew’s journey into hairdressing began at the age of 17. From working in local salons and travelling to France to hone his craft, to eventually launching AJM Hair in south Liverpool, Andrew’s passion for the industry was evident from day one.
