Promoted Wardens ready to start new season with home fixture

NEWLY-PROMOTED Kenilworth Wardens will begin life back in the top tier of the Birmingham & District Premier League on home soil.

Wardens, who took the Division Two title ahead of Dorridge, will take on a Harborne side seeming likely to be boosted by winter signings at Glasshouse Park on Saturday, April 25.
Wardens then head to Dorridge for matchday two on May 2 before hosting Barnards Green a week later.
Champions Smethwick's hunt for a third consecutive Division One title gets under way with a testing trip to Shrewsbury.
