PLANS have been unveiled to transform a popular Coventry skatepark.

A planning application has been submitted to redevelop the skatepark at War Memorial Park.

A planning statement submitted as part of the application reveals that the plans are to create an 'engaging environment' for young people interested in urban sports, from skateboarding to BMXing to adaptive skating (wheelchair users).
