Planning application for new homes at Exhall Basin

A MINI-HOUSING estate plan has been revealed for land at Exhall Basin Moorings.

An outline planning application details proposals for six houses at the southeastern side of Blackhorse Road, opposite the junction with Ironbridge Way.

It asks for planning permission for three pairs of semidetached houses, each having three bedrooms.

They would all front on to Blackhorse Road, with a single pair to the northeast of the existing site access, with two pairs to the southwest.

The application explains that each residential unit will have an ‘L-shape’ plan form, with the main part of the dwelling having a ‘flat’ frontage on to Blackhorse Road, from which pedestrian access would be provided to each home.
