Historic city venue launches help for community groups

HISTORIC venue St Mary’s Guildhall has launched a discounted meeting rate for voluntary groups in the city.

Meeting spaces at the venue can be hired by community groups at a rate of £50 for half a day.

One voluntary group, EnV, the group behind the Coventry City Hosts programme and various initiatives, brought 30 members together for a well-being walk-and-talk meeting at the city centre venue.

The initiative is part of St Mary's Guildhall’s long-term goal of engaging and connecting with others in the city, including those who may not have accessed heritage spaces before.
