Trump's intervention in Venezuela has just ended the era of net zero madness.Fossil fuels are back big time. It’s not just Trump who wants cheap, reliable energy. The world does.

Wind and solar are neither cheap nor reliable. Oil, gas and coal are the future, till nuclear proves itself. Sadly Britain, led by Ed Milliband singing “Blowing in the Wind”, may be the last country in the world to realise this.
