ON TUESDAY, May 15, St Peter's Probus held its monthly meeting at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel, Carmarthen.

The chairman opened the meeting and members stood for a minute's silence to mark the passing of Noel Duston and Eurig Harries.
Arrangements are in place for two forthcoming visits to the museum in Abergwili and to the Hywel Dda Centre in Whitland. Also under consideration are the Torch Theatre and Pembroke Castle.
Our website is ready for the designers and it is hoped to be in place soon.
The speaker for next month will be Owen Williams, from Abergwili Museum. This should be an interesting follow-up from our earlier visit.
The quiz produced some creditable scores and was enjoyed by all.
