Festival to bring 'heart of Nashville' to town

A NEW festival which promises to bring the “heart of Nashville” to the outskirts of Carmarthen is gearing up to take place next summer.
The This Ain't Texas Festival will take place next June at Nantyci Showground west of the town, with organisers promising attendees a day of live country music performances and line dancing.
The festival will also offer “delicious American cuisine” and “fun activities and games for the whole family” when it rolls into town.
Organisers are putting on several festivals across the UK next summer, with events in Carlisle, Driffield, Suffolk, Essex, Torbay, East Sussex and Cornwall.
The only one in Wales will take place in Carmarthen on Saturday, June 27, between noon and 10pm.
