Despite Financial Constraints, Welfare Programs Continue - Minister Ponguleti

Fulfilling the dreams of the poor is the mission of the Indiramma GovernmentState Minister for Revenue, Housing, Information, and Public Relations Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy emphasized that despite the state's challenging financial condition, the government is committed to implementing welfare and development programs with integrity and dedication.

On Wednesday, the minister visited Tekulagudem village in Vajedu mandal and performed the Bhoomi Pooja for Indiramma housing plots. He also laid the foundation stone for several major projects including a 400-lakh BT road from Nagaram to Payabattula, a 150-lakh MPP office building in Vajedu mandal, and a 300-lakh BT road from Edcharlapally to Mutharam. He inaugurated14 a Baby Birth Waiting Home constructed at a cost of 14 lakhs. These events were attended by Bhadrachalam MLA Dr. Tellam Venkata Rao, District Collector Divakar T.S., SP Shabarish, and ITDA PO Chitra Mishra.Minister Ponguleti also distributed Indiramma house sanction letters to 57 beneficiaries in Kongala village and 64 in Nagaram village.In Venkatapuram mandal headquarters, the minister laid the foundation for the Sub-Divisional Engineer (PR) Office building, with an estimated cost of 60 lakhs.
