The update on Saka could prove a major boon for the Gunners as they seek to lift silverware for the first time in six years this season.
Arsenal remain on course for an unprecedented quadruple. Arteta’s side hold a six-point lead at the top of the English Premier League, have progressed to the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League, and face third-tier Wigan in the FA Cup fourth round.
However, the Spaniard is focused on reaching the League Cup final as his side’s first opportunity to end their trophy drought. The club can achieve this by beating Chelsea in the semifinal second leg tomorrow night. Arsenal hold a 3-2 lead over the Blues ahead of the return fixture on home soil at the Emirates Stadium.
