A BEACH hut on an exclusive stretch of sand is on the market for the same price as an average terraced house.

The shack on Abersoch's Porth Mawr only measures 12ft by 10ft internally, with its total floorspace extended by a balcony area.
You also can't stay overnight in the corrugated metal hut, with it primarily for changing or to get out of the elements on the popular beach.
But that doesn’t stop it being on the market for £150,000.
It’s not a record for a beach hut in this area, with a double-fronted shack once going on for £250,000.
