RANGE OF SPEAKERS AT INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY CELEBRATION
TWO Burton-based organisations are joining forces to stage an International Women’s Day event at the home of the town’s football club.
Mayor of East Staffordshire, Kim Smith BEM, will join officials from the YMCA and the Sexual Abuse Rape Advice Centre for this year’s celebration.
It will bring community members, professionals and local organisations to the Pirelli Stadium for a day of ‘powerful discussion, inspiration and thought-provoking conversation’
It will take place on Friday, March 6, from 10am to 3.30 pm, and will be the third year the event has been held in Burton on Trent.
