Regular readers will remember that a few months back, I got myself an electric bike. I have written and raved about it in these very columns
-
HERE we are again, dear reader, you and I. Sliding through space on our beautiful blue planet, diving towards the dark days of winter.
The seasons have rung their changes, done their merry dance once more and grey days are on the march, heading our way. Clocks have gone back, trees are dropping their leaves like tears, Halloween is here and the central heating is crying out to join in with all the fun of the fair.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. The one thing in life you can count on, probably the only thing in fact, is change. It’s the one constant. Change is always round the corner, just waiting to jump out and nip you on the tender stem broccoli bits.
Don’t know about you, but here at Cullimore Cottage we have had more than our share of changes this past year. Some good, some bad, some not so very pretty. Must admit, I have been struggling a wee bit with it all in recent weeks. Sometimes I just want the roller coaster of life to stop for a minute, to settle down so I can get my breath, maybe even put the kettle on.
