- Hannah BAKER Business editor

The £30 million shopping centre is running a preview period until Sunday with retailers hosting events and launching special offers for visitors.

Cotswolds Designer Outlet was developed by Cheltenham-headquartered Robert Hitchins and Cheshire-based retail destination specialist Multi-Realm.

The site is home to dozens of big-name brands, including Boss, Hobbs, Procook and The Body Shop, and also has a flagship Dobbies garden centre with a Waitrose food hall and soft play, and a petrol station.

It has created hundreds of new jobs for the region.
