A BRISTOL woman has met hundreds of people over the last five years by booking tables to dine with strangers at independent restaurants across the city.

Jo Guy, from Clifton, books a table of six at restaurants across the city and posts to social media asking if anyone would like to enjoy a meal out
Jo Guy books a table for six each week and invites people via social media to join her for a meal to combat loneliness and support local businesses.
The 49-year-old legal tech worker started the initiative following the Covid-19 pandemic after finding herself craving human interaction while living alone in Clifton.
