Cricket Bancroft 'excited' to extend his Glo'sters deal

CAMERON Bancroft, Gloucestershire’s red-ball captain, has signed a two-year contract extension with the club, keeping him at the Seat Unique Stadium until the end of the 2027 season.

Appointed skipper for the Rothe-say County Championship ahead of the 2025 campaign, Bancroft has been a rock at the top of the order across all formats and is relishing what lies ahead with the club.
On his new deal, Bancroft said: “I'm really excited to extend my stay at Gloucestershire for another two years. It’s a fantastic club with a great environment, and I look forward to contributing to the team’s success.
