THE Mahwelereng police have launched an investigation following the death of a 35-year-old man who was struck by a vehicle during an illegal spinning event.
According to information, the incident occurred on May 31 at approximately 22:30.
Tshepo Sema (35) was reportedly a bystander when he was knocked down by a vehicle during a spinning session.
