Bamford family top the West Midlands' rich list

THE owners of JCB, Bet365 and Gymshark once again feature in an annual run down of the UK's richest people.
JCB chief Lord Bamford and his family are still the West Midlands' richest people, according to the 2025 Sunday Times Rich List, with an estimated wealth of £9.45 billion.
This is an increase from £7.65 billion a year ago, with a £300 million dividend going to the family over the past year.
They are placed 15th in the national list.
The world-renowned manufacturer of diggers has its global headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire.
The 37th annual Sunday Times Rich List was published online and in a 76-page pullout supplement at the weekend.
It ranks the 350 wealthiest people in the UK as well as The Sunday Times Giving List in association with the Charities Aid Foundation.
