DAVID Moller Wolfe insists Wolves showed character in their 4-3 defeat to Chelsea in the Carabao Cup.

Goals from Andrey Santos, Tyrique George and Estevao gave the London club a 3-0 halftime lead and a miserable season for Wolves looked like hitting new depths.
But the second half was a different affair and Tolu Arokodare and Wolfe had Chelsea on the rack, before Jamie Gittens’ 90th minute strike seemed to have ensured Chelsea's victory.
However, Wolfe scored his second moments later as Wolves kept on pushing but could not stop Chelsea progressing to the quarterfinals.
Wolves could easily have wilted after their sorry first-half display but Wolfe says they upped their game after some honest conversations.
