WITH spring traditionally being a top time of year to find a buyer, experts have shared their tips for what could help - or hinder - home sellers

The spring home selling season is underway, which means buyers busily viewing and sellers doing their best to make their properties stand out from the crowd.

Data from property website Rightmove indicates that putting a home on the market around now can reap rewards.

February and March are the top months to list a property on the market, based on the chances of a property being snapped up by a buyer closely followed by April and January.
