Shopping centre put on the market for a rumoured £250m

MERRY Hill shopping centre has been placed on the market with a rumoured price tag of £250 million.

The owners have hired property consultancy Knight Frank to handle the sale of the 1.4 million sq ft retail and leisure hub in Brierley Hill.
One of the largest shopping centres in the UK, Merry Hill has undergone around £125 million of investment over recent years to broaden its range of retail and food operators.
In addition, a new £15 million leisure quarter has recently been completed, with tenants including Hollywood Bowl and golf and game venue Funstation.
