ORDER GRANTED AFTER ILLICIT CIGS AND VAPES FOUND IN RAID
A WEST Bromwich shop that stocked 'fake' Labubu dolls and sold vapes to children has been shut down for three months.
Around 21,000 illegal cigarettes and 120 illicit vapes were also hidden in a hydraulic platform under a toilet floor in Sklep Europa, Carters Green, a court heard.
A raid carried out by Sandwell Council Trading Standards officers and West Midlands Police - resulted in a 48-hour closure order being issued.
But at a hearing at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court a three-month closure order was granted.
