BIRMINGHAM rock legend Ozzy Osbourne was honoured with a posthumous lifetime achievement award, which was presented to his daughter Kelly.

Kelly (pictured) moved the audience to tears with a heartfelt speech at the tenth annual Birmingham Awards on Friday night.
"Birmingham made my dad who he was," she said. "He never forgot where he came from, and this city was always in his heart.
