Operator has cancelled one in 16 of its trains this year

WEST Midlands Railway was named among the least reliable operators based on train cancellations.
The railway operator was ranked the eighth least reliable in the UK with 6.01% of planned trains cancelled this year.
Elsewhere, Scotrail was deemed the country's most reliable operator with a cancellation percentage of only 1.68%. Research was analysed by Locals Insider who took into account figures from the Office of Rail and Road data.
