New climbing centre plans

A MOVE to open a climbing centre in a former press room has been given the green light.

City of Wolverhampton Council has approved plans to open the indoor climbing venue at the former Express & Star offices in Queen Street, Wolverhampton.
Part of the former headquarters of the newspaper, which moved out of its 140-year-home in 2023, is already being converted into new flats.
