IS IT just my imagination, or are Gladiators popping up all over the place?

Ones from the TV series, I mean, not from ancient Rome.We've had a Gladiator on Strictly. We had a Gladiator on Celebrity MasterChef. We've had a Gladiator on Sewing Bee. We've had Gladiators (several) on The Wheel. We currently have a Gladiator on Celebrity Apprentice. No doubt we've had Gladiators on Question Time, Songs of Praise and Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, only on episodes I forgot to tune in for.
