Agyemang ruled out for season with knee injury

ENGLAND striker Michelle Agyemang will miss the rest of the season after sustaining a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament injury against Australia on Tuesday.
The Lionesses' 3-0 friendly win at Pride Park was overshadowed by Agyemang (pictured) having to be carried off on a stretcher.
The 19-year-old was introduced as a second-half substitute but went down clutching her knee in an off-the-ball incident.
Boss Sarina Wiegman said afterwards: “It was an awful moment, doesn't look good. I'm not very positive about what I saw.”
